Inclusion Criteria  (All criteria are present)
  • Sudden onset of one or more of the following symptoms: Unilateral motor weakness or sensory change, difficulty speaking, vision loss, imbalance, difficulty walking, dizziness or dyscoordination
  • Last seen normal time less than 6 hours prior
Exclusion Criteria
  • Unknown time when patient last seen normal
  • Symptom onset > 6 hours prior to presentation
